Popular U.S.-based Jamaican vlogger Cushane Damiah Carter, also known as CMR, was reportedly arrested in Florida on November 2. Booking information shared on social media indicates that the 35-year-old was taken into custody by Apopka Police Department officers on charges of "lewd/lascivious molestation." A court appearance file listing Carter’s name is available on the Orange County Corrections Department’s website. Reports state that his bond was set at $7,500, though this has not been independently verified by Times Now.

Born in September 1989, Carter runs the popular YouTube channel The Carter Family, which has over 330,000 subscribers. The channel's bio describes it as a "family vlog featuring Kyra,Amelia, Janay, Cushane & Crissy!! On this channel you will find a variety of family friendly content Panks, vlogs, inspirational videos, and much more!"

His most recent video, titled This Is What We Did For Halloween, was uploaded on November 3. Carter also has over 75,000 followers on Instagram.

News of Carter's arrest sparked reactions in the comments section of his latest YouTube video.

"Praying for the family during this time. I'm just sad about all the changes that this issue might cause. We all need to pray for the family during this time. Now is not the time to condemn anyone," one person commented.

Another wrote, "Chrissy I'm praying for you and your family at this time. Please it's hard but remember you have pressure problems."

A third person wrote, "I am so sorry to hear what is happening to the family. Stay strong Crissy. CMR I pray that the offence is not true and it is a setup. I will reserve my comment until you are taken to court and hear your plea."

So far, Carter's family has not publicly commented on his arrest.
