A 26 year old mom Jessenia Diaz was handcuffed outside the premises of the iconic Disneyland Park after she was seen making efforts to sneak into the park without any tickets.
The California lady has now decided to sue the park after mentioning to release her side story. Apparently she claimed before that the video surfacing online did not reveal the whole story.
Moments after the California mom’s handcuffed video went viral over the internet, Diaz released a separate video on her TikTok handle where she narrated her side of story.
Additionally she wrote a line in her video caption that read, “Social media is full of lies and hate.”
Reacting to her video, many posted comments asking her to narrate the whole incident that took place in Disneyland, but Diaz diverted the topic saying that it is reserved for a next good story.
As seen in the video, the two kids were crying while clinging onto their mother, whereas the mother also complained of getting hurt as the cops took her away for interrogation.
On the other hand, Disneyland officials responded to the woman’s videos saying that she was trying to show her kids as 2 year old when they were older than that. This was because she wanted her kids to enter the park premises without the need to purchase a ticket. According to Anaheim Police officials, Diaz has tried to attempt the same in the past.
As rules for Disneyland specify, under two kids need not to show a ticket but need to be with a guardian to enter the park.
