The makers of Asif Ali and Amala Paul's recently released Malayalam film Level Cross took to their social media on October 18, Friday, to release a new music video of the song Ente Pinnile Roopam (Film Version). The song, which has been composed by Vishal Chandrashekhar, features lyrics by Vinayak Sasikumar, and Shakthisree Gopalan on vocals. The accompanying video has been picturised on its lead actors Amala Paul and Asif Ali. Level Cross, written and directed by Arfaz Ayub, who was an associate director with Drishyam director Jeethu Joseph, released on July 26 to overwhelming positive reviews.

A Mysterious Teaser And Trailer

A teaser of the film was released online on June 2, thus raising the buzz around the film even more. The teaser featured the characters of its lead actors in a desert setting, and began with a wide shot of a railway cross located smack amid a dusty desert. The viewer is then directed to Asif's character, who is seen looking quite dirty and dishevelled with a bucktooth, a completely de-glamourised look. He is narrating an anecdote to Amala about a nearby village that had lost its inhabitants to a ghost. Listening intently, Amala’s character responds that she's only scared of humans instead of ghosts. The audience is also teased to cut-shots featuring Sharaf U Dheen and Amala in an urban setting.

The trailer, which was released shortly after featured an extended look at the three primary characters of the film over what was shown in the teaser. As suggested by the trailer, Amala Paul plays a psychiatrist, and Asif Ali essays the role of a grumpy railway gateman who leads a reclusive life in a barren land. On the other hand, Sharaf U Dheen is a former patient of Amala's doctor character. The film released on July 26 to overwhelming positive reviews.
