On October 25, Friday, the makers of director Amal Neerad's recently-released film Bougainvillea, starring Jyothirmayi and Kunchacko Boban, took to their social media to release the video of the track Dead Can Dance from the film. Bougainvillea hit theatres on October 17, to mixed reviews, mostly positive.
More About Bougainvillea
Bougainvillea has an extensive star cast that includes actors Sharaf U Dheen, Veena Nandakumar and Srinda in prominent roles. Interestingly, except for Kunchacko Boban, all other actors have previously worked with director Amal Neerad in his previous films. The film also marks the return of Jyothirmayi, popular actor and Amal Neerad's wife, after a hiatus of more than a decade. The upcoming film has also been jointly scripted by novelist Lajo Jose and Amal Neerad, while RJ Murugan of Bheeshma Parvam fame has written the additional dialogues for the film.

A Familiar Crew
Bougainvillea is being backed by Jyothirmayi and Kunchacko Boban under the banners of Amal Neerad Productions and Udaya Pictures respectively. The director has retained almost the same technical crew from his previous outing for the upcoming film, including cinematographer Anend C Chandran, editor Vivek Harshan and composer Sushin Shyam.
