In the clip, user Shreyaan Daga (@shreyaan.daga) questions the quality of the ingredients used by the well-known brand. He claims to have left the vanilla ice cream unopened overnight, only to find that it had not melted by morning. When he tilted the cup over a tissue, a yellow-gold liquid poured out, prompting him to assert, "It's completely palm oil."
In the caption, Daga expressed his shock but noted his long-standing loyalty to Kwality Wall's and his trust in Hindustan Unilever Limited to address any health concerns.
Kwality Wall's responded to the video in the comments, inviting the user to connect via direct message for further discussion. It read, “Kindly connect with us via DM.”

Comments flooded in, with one user stating, "Kwality Wall's has never sold ice cream. It has always sold frozen dessert made mostly of oil. On its entire packaging, you cannot find the word ice cream."
