The Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kasautii Zindagii Kay fame's last rites will be held in Mumbai today. Vikas' sudden demise has shaken the television fraternity, who remember him not just as a talented actor, but also as a warm, caring soul who brought joy wherever he went.

Vikas Sethi's final rites will take place today at around 2 pm. It will be carried out according to the Hindu traditions. The venue is – 5R2R+2P6, Dhyaneshwar Nagar, Jogeshwari West, Andheri, Mumbai. The ceremony is expected to be attended by several members of the television fraternity, who will come together to offer their respects to the actor. Vikas' family, grieving this irreparable loss, has requested privacy but has graciously invited those who knew and loved him to join in this final goodbye.

Times Now/ Telly Talk India had earlier reported exclusively that Vikas was not in Mumbai at the time of his demise. He was attending a wedding outside Mumbai. For a long time now, this Kyunki actor was very short of work and finances as well.
Vikas Sethi is survived by his wife Jhanvi Sethi and twin boys.

Vikas Sethi's most notable television appearances include in Kahiin To Hoga, as Swayam Shergill and in the soap opera Kasautii Zindagi Kay, where he played the role of Prem Basu. He appeared in the fourth season of Nach Baliye, performing along with his then wife, Amita.
Vikas Sethi had also featured in the blockbuster film Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham.
