Vijay's Remuneration For Thalapathy 69 is higher than Robert Downey Jr's Pay For Avengers: Endgame
It is said that Vijay will be paid a whopping Rs 275 crore for the film, surpassing the earnings of Shah Rukh Khan, and Rajinikanth, making Vijay the highest-paid actor in India.
Not just Bollywood, Vijay will beat Hollywood actor Robert Downey Jr to take home a large pay.
Yes, you read that right! Robert Downey Jr was reportedly paid 20 million for his role in Endgame, which is around 168 crores.

However, it has to be noted that Robert Downey Jr had an 8 percent back-end deal with the makers of the blockbuster film which earned him a total income of 75 million (630 crores) fromAvengers: Endgame.
As per reports, Robert Downey Jr will be paid more than 80 million for playing Doctor Doom in the upcoming Avengers films.

Vijay's Salary for GOAT
In a recent interview, AGS Entertainment’s Archana Kalpathi opened up about the budget and Vijay's salary for The Greatest Of All Time. She said “We have spent Rs 400 crore for GOAT, including GST”. She went on to say that Vijay’s remuneration for the film was Rs 200 crore.
Talking about spending a huge sum on a single film, especially when actor Vijay took home half the budget, Archana said, “A star’s salary is proportional to the box-office revenue they can generate. Our production house doesn’t factor in the money that comes from OTT, satellite, and other language rights. We believe a film should recover the costs, and more, during its theatrical run."

Vijay is all set to give up his film career to pursue his political ambition. For his final film, Bengaluru-based distribution house KVN Productions has come on board to produce it.
The official announcement for the film will be made on September 14 at 5 pm.
