Anees Bazmee’s directorial, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, is a few hours away from its theatrical release. Madhuri Dixit, Vidya Balan, Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri headline the horror-comedy. Amid the strong pre-release buzz, the cinematographer of the film shared exclusive details with Zoom straight from the sets!
In an exclusive interview with Zoom, Manu Anand revealed Madhuri Dixit and Vidya Balan never check the monitor to review their performance. He further said they trusted the director and cinematography team’s visions with the shots.
Vidya and Madhuri don't check their performances
Manu told us, “Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit don’t check the monitor. They trusted Anees Bazmee and my vision with the shots. The actresses would say, “Aapke liye accha hai, toh humare liye bhi accha hai.” They never came to the monitor to review their performance. Vidya ji and Madhuri ji come from a school of performing in the moment. They believe in living in the moment and performing naturally. They didn’t check their shots, go back and do it again.”

He added, “Most actors didn’t check the monitor. Maybe one or two shots, if they had any issues. The actors were trusting of the director and the team. In Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, even Tabu ji never checked the monitor.”
