TXT's Yeonjun has officially announced his solo debut with a mixtape. The Boyfriend crooner also unveiled a mesmerizing intro film as a preview of his highly awaited solo mixtape.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), TXT’s label BIGHIT MUSIC dropped a teaser to finally announce the release of Yeonjun’s highly-awaited solo mixtape. In the minute-long intro film, a melancholic Yeonjun could be seen trying to get by life. While the singer does have fleeting moments of happiness, they quickly turn sour. Yeonjun's first solo mixtape is set to release on September 19, 2024.

Rumours about Yeonjun's solo debut started taking over the internet after the TXT member spilled the beans about his individual project during his appearance on Jin's showRun Jin. “I’m currently preparing for my solo debut,” the 4th gen IT boy stated. The editors of the variety show then shared an update about Yeonjun’s project, writing, “He’s working on his mixtape.”

Yeonjun made his debut as a member of TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) on March 4, 2019. The boy group have released a numerous hit songs, including, Crown, Sugar Rush Ride, Deja Vu, Anti-Romantic, Chasing That Feeling, 0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You) andBlue Hour.
