Actress Triptii Dimri, who is gearing up for the release of her film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, has been facing backlash after skipping a FICCI FLO event in Jaipur. Triptii Dimri's video confirmation for Jaipur event surfaces online
In a video surfaced on FICCI FLO’s Instagram, Triptii is seen confirming her attendance. In the clip, she said, “I’m happy to confirm my participation in the FICCI FLO event celebrating women’s strength. See you all tomorrow at noon.”

Soon after the video’s release, social media was buzzing with criticism, calling her unprofessional. One user wrote, “Triptii and her team confirmed and are now lying to save face. Total unprofessionalism.” On the other hand, Triptii’s fans took a stand for her, calling the organizers’ actions questionable. One defender commented, “These so-called feminists are defaming another woman because she didn’t attend?”
Organizers claimed they were informed that Triptii would arrive soon, but she never showed up, sparking threats of legal action and a call for Jaipur to boycott her upcoming film, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.

Triptii Dimri's team issued statement
Earlier in the day, Triptii’s team released a statement and denied the allegations that she promised to attend the event and was paid Rs 5 lakh for the same. The statement reads, “During the ongoing promotional campaign for her filmVicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, Triptii Dimri fully honoured her professional obligations, attending all scheduled events and sessions related to the film. Notably, she did not participate or commit to participate in any personal appearances or events beyond her promotional duties. It’s important to clarify that no additional fees or payments were accepted for her involvement in these activities.”
Triptii Dimri's team further clarified that beyond the promotions for her upcoming movie, she didn't promise any participation in the event and didn't take any additional fees or payments. The day all this drama happened, Triptii was in Mumbai and walked the ramp with Kartik Aaryan as show-stoppers for Manish Malhotra's show.
