Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has introduced the "T Care" initiative aimed at improving the ownership experience for customers. This will be done by providing a range of services under a single brand. The brand says that this initiative reflects the automaker's commitment to reliability, quality, and customer care.

"T CARE" consolidates different support services and value-added offerings to enhance the customer experience, providing accessible and high-quality assistance throughout the ownership journey with Toyota vehicles. This initiative aims to foster long-term relationships with customers and deliver a more integrated and convenient service experience.

Toyota India is introducing a variety of services as part of the T Care program. One of these services, T Deliver, involves transporting the new car on a flatbed truck to the owner's designated location. Additionally, the automaker is providing T Gloss, which offers in-house vehicle detailing services. Another service, T Web, enables customers to digitally purchase Toyota cars.

Moreover, the T Care initiative includes the T Assist program, which provides 24×7 roadside assistance for five years. Customers can also benefit from T Secure, which offers an extended warranty of an additional two years. Additionally, buyers have the option to purchase a pre-paid maintenance package under the T Smile feature. Furthermore, Toyota is guaranteeing the timely delivery of service parts through 'T Saath', while the 'T Choice' feature provides customers with multiple service parts options.

The after-sales service initiatives also encompass 'T Inspect', wherein the automaker will conduct inspections for preowned vehicles during the purchase and sale of used cars, used car financing, insurance renewal, and more. Furthermore, Toyota is offering purchasing solutions for rural areas through 'T Sparsh', which provides expert guidance for vehicle selection and facilitates test drives. Lastly, the 'T Serv' feature offers a multi-brand car service network.
