Tovino Thomas and Krithi Shetty's Ajayante Randam Moshanam a.k.aA.R.M is releasing globally in languages including Malayalam, Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada on September 12.

Embedded in Indian culture and mysticism, A.R.M. is set in Northern Kerala in 1900, 1950, and 1990. It follows the story of Maniyan, Kunjikelu and Ajayan who attempt to protect the most important treasure of the land.

Tovino Thomas feels A.R.M. is releasing at the right time

Now, in an exclusive interview with Zoom, Tovino Thomas, who plays the role of Ajayan in A.R.M, said that it is the right time for the film to be released. He said, “It is the right time for Ajayante Randam Moshanam to be released. We’ve tried to create an imaginary village and stories as old as 300 years are being told. It also focuses on Ajayan’s love story and two other characters are appearing in flashbacks. The film is in 3D, so it is an audiovisual experience for people.”

He added, "A.R.M isn’t just about beautiful visuals, it is about the soul, sound design, and all other technical departments. All these factors coming together will make it a thorough theatrical experience.”

Tovino says myth and fantasy has always excited Indian audience

Citing examples of how films like Kantara and Stree 2, embedded in myth and fantasy, were loved by the audience, Tovino shared, “Films likeKantara andStree 2 were appreciated. People are appreciating different kinds of cinema. From the beginning of cinema, subjects like myths, fantasy and magical realism have been received well. Films like A.R.M will satisfy a wider variety of the audience.”

Ajayante Randam Moshanam, also called A.R.M., directed by Jithin Laal, also stars Basil Joseph, Aishwarya Rajesh, Krithi Shetty, Surabhi Lakshmi, Jagadish, Aju Varghese, Rohini, Harish Uthaman, Nisthar Sait, and Pramod Shetty.
