Companies who’re looking for ways to boost the productivity of their employees should probably take a cue from a marketing company in Thailand. Well, the Whiteline Group, the said company, has apparently decided to let its staffers go on a date during office hours. And well the good news doesn’t end here, their dates will be funded by the company.
The objective of offering 'Tinder leaves' to its employees is to improve the well-being of the professionals. As part of the 6 months offer, employees are free to avail leaves from the beginning of July until the end of the year. Managers of Whiteline Group had cited a research which highlighted how being in love makes a person happier. They reasoned that when a person feels happy from inside out when in love, it also enables them to enjoy their work more.

Isn’t this truly amazing? This move by a Thai marketing company is a win-win for both professionals and the company. Not only will professionals give their 100% to work, but they will also feel that the management of the company cares for them. It is when the professionals report satisfaction from the management of the company, the attrition rate also goes down.
"I stay in South Delhi and my boyfriend stays put in Noida. With both of us being working professionals, we often have to struggle hard to meet each other. There are times when the two of us have to take offs on the same day so that we can spend some quality time together. So, well, this move by a Thai marketing company is just amazing. If I were to get 'Tinder leaves', I would also literally think of working hard and giving my best at work.
