#SSMB29 To Commence Shoot In January

We have earlier reported that Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli’s film #SSMB29 (working title) is likely to commence shooting in January 2025. The film’s writer Vijayendra Prasad, at an event, acknowledged that the action adventure will commence shooting in January 2025. While stating that normally it takes a few weeks to complete a script, Mahesh Babu’s film took several months – an indication on the expectations the film has been carrying. The writer also stated that the ‘globe-trotting adventure’ will introduce the audiences to a new world.

Mahesh Babu To Play An Adventurist

Mahesh Babu was already spotted sporting bushy beard and fully grown hair as part of the preparation and look transformation. Workshops, look test, sketches and artwork have been completed, and technicians for the film are being finalised. PS Vinod has been roped for as the cinematographer.

Mahesh Babu will be seen as an adventurist in the film which is scripted by Rajamouli’s father Vijayendra Prasad. Apparently, the film is inspired by James Bond and Wilbur Smith's novels. Since the action adventure is being mounted on a global scale, Rajamouli is also in talks with production houses in the US for possible collaborations.
