The long-awaited release date for Srimurali's film Bagheera has finally been revealed by Hombale Films. After several delays due to injuries and other issues, the movie is finally set to hit theatres on October 31.

Hombale Films, under which the film has been made, took to social media to announce the release date.
“The hunt for justice begins! Bagheera roars into cinemas on October 31st (sic),” Hombale Films wrote on X.
Bagheera will not only be released in Kannada but also in Telugu and Malayalam. The release date poster features a striking black mask, adding to the film’s intrigue.
Directed by Dr Suri for the story by Prashant Neel, Bagheera stars Sriimurali alongside Rukmini Vasanth. The cast includes notable actors such as Prakash Rai, Achyuth Kumar, Rangayana Raghu, and Garuda Ram. The film’s teaser, released last December, drew comparisons to the tone and colour theme of KGF.

Sriimurali injuries
Launched in 2022, Srii Murali is pinning hopes on this action thriller Bagheera.
The actor while performing a crucial stunt during the shooting of the film injured his leg in April 2024, and that he was taken to a private hospital in Mysuru for treatment.
Previously, Srii Murali was injured, suffering knee injuries in January 2023 while shooting a fighting sequence for Bagheera. He was shooting at Rockline Studio in Bengaluru at the time of injury.
He later underwent surgery and was advised bed rest following which the shooting of the film was pushed to later dates.
