Shubman Gill took a brilliant catch to dismiss Rishabh Pant for a score of 7 on day 1 of the Duleep Trophy match between India A and India B. Rishabh, who is playing his first red-ball game since December 2022, mistimed the ball and it went high in the air towards the mid-off.
Shubman ran towards the back and took a brilliant catch to dismiss the left-handed batsman. However, the India A captain seemingly suffered an injury scare as he landed on his right shoulder. Shubman seemed in a bit of discomfort and clutched his shoulder.
