Several Bengaluru Colleges Including BIT, BMSCE And MSRIT Get Bomb Threats

Bengaluru: Several colleges in the city have received bomb threats and a bomb disposal squad and other related squads have been sent to the site to verify the same.

DCP South said that Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT), BMS College of Engineering (BMSCE), Ramaiah Institute of Technology, formerly known as M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology (MSRIT) received the threat and a case has now been registered at Hanumanthnagar police station to trace the source.

The mail was received around 1 PM. Further details are awaited.
