Russia’s economy grew by 3.1 percent year-on-year in the third quarter, Moscow’s official statistics agency said Wednesday, slowing from a rate of 4.1 percent in the second quarter. Annual inflation also came in at 8.5 percent during October, the Rosstat statistics body said, down from 8.6 percent a month earlier.
