Dequantes Devontay Lamar known professionally as Rich Homie Quan, was an American rapper. The platinum-selling rapper from Atlanta, is dead. TMZ Hip Hop has confirmed. RHQ died Thursday in his Atlanta home … according to his family and a rep for the Fulton County morgue.

Lamar had four sons. His oldest, Devin, was born in 2006, which Lamar didn’t know about until five years later. On September 29, 2014, Lamar’s father, Corey Lamar, was shot during an attempted robbery at a barber shop in Atlanta, but he survived. Amber Rella, born Amber Nicole Williams, she became known as the girlfriend of rapper Rich Homie Quan. She is popular on Instagram under the name @rella_rellz with more than 250,000 followers.
