Reddit users across the U.S. are reporting widespread issues with both the app and website. The outage peaked at 3 p.m. EDT, with DownDetector logging over 15,000 error reports. Most users cited server-related problems.
"Seems to be in and out Some subs seem to work, but others I go to and just get hit with a server error," one person reported.
Many users also turned to X (formerly Twitter) to share their frustrations.
"Reddit is down for me ;_; Does anyone else have the same issue as me?" one person inquired.
Another wrote, "Reddit is down when i need it most. (bored at work)"
