Ahmedabad: Heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms may lash the city in Gujarat on Saturday amid a yellow alert in most of the state. The weather conditions are likely to remain the same for the next coming days with more rain and thunderstorms pounding the town.
As per the IMD, a yellow alert is sounded in Ahmedabad and adjoining areas as the weather department is anticipating heavy showers in the region.
Isolated heavy rainfall is very likely over Madhya Maharashtra, Gujarat State on September 28.
For the next two days, Ahmedabad is expected to witness thunderstorms with rain which will recede and light rain may lash the city on September 30. The skies would probably be generally cloudy on the day.
In the coming days, the weather is expected to be clearer with a partly cloudy sky ove the city till October 3. However, despite rain, the temperature is predicted to be stable and hover between 24 degrees Celsius and 35 degrees Celsius, the last few days are expected to be warmer.
