Method
- For a perfect winter breakfast, all you need to do is start by combining sugar, flour and cardamom in a mixing bowl. Stir water and whisk until smooth. Next, heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of meetha puda batter once the frying pan is hot and perfect for cooking. Flip the puda and cook on both sides until the bubbles rise to the surface and bottom brown. Approximately for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with nuts for a delightful taste, serve with gud or jaggery and enjoy!
