Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Thursday was admitted to a hospital in Mohali district of the state. Mann was taken to Fortis Hospital in Mohali for a routine check up. Punjab Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) also issued a statement in this regard.
His health is reported to be fine. "Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann has been admitted to Fortis Hospital for a routine health checkup. His health is fine," the CMO said in a statement.

As per the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Details of CM's health condition are being taken through various tests. and doctors found signs of inflammation in an artery of Mann's lungs.
"Doctors say that the Chief Minister is absolutely fine right now and he is not facing any special problem. Doctors have found in their examination that there are signs of inflammation in an artery of his lungs, which is creating pressure on the heart, due to which the blood pressure starts fluctuating, some more tests are yet to be done on this and some more blood tests have been done, whose reports are yet to come," the party said.
