Russia and Ukraine have fire several missiles across the border this week. The latest strike came on Thursday when Moscow launched a Oreshnik missile, whch struck a well-known missile factory in Dnipro. President Vladimir Putin said that advanced warnings will be issued if Russia deployed more strikes with the Oreshnik to allow civilians to evacuate to safety.

“We believe that we have the right to use our weapons against military facilities of the countries that allow to use their weapons against our facilities,” Putin said. His statement came days after US President Joe Biden authorized Ukraine to use American-made ATACMS and other long-range weapons to strike inside Russian territory.
