Paris Olympics 2024 Day 15 Live Updates: India is currently waiting for the final Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ruling on the Vinesh Phogat weight case. The Indian athlete was disqualified hours before her final bout in the women’s freestyle 50kg for missing the weight limit by 100g. Not only this, Vinesh was stripped of the silver medal she was assured of. The grappler then made two appeals to CAS. Whether the Indian athlete will be given a silver medal or not will be decided by the CAS tonight. The deadline for the final verdict is 9:30pm IST.
