Neena Gupta always gives a glimpse of her healthy and indulgent meals on the social media for her fans. Recently, she shared a glimpse of her breakfast featuring a wholesome jowar atta paratha stuffed with creamy paneer. The paratha also had onions, greens and a dollop of butter.

Ingredients For the Dough And Cooking:
1 cup jowar atta, ½ cup wheat flour, ¼ tsp salt, water, as needed for kneading, ghee or oil for frying
Ingredients For the Stuffing:
1 cup paneer, 2 tbsp onion greens, 1 small onion, 1 green chilli, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste, 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine jowar atta, wheat flour (if using), and salt. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth and pliable dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix crumbled paneer, onion greens, chopped onion, green chilli, cumin powder, chaat masala, black pepper, salt, and coriander leaves. Combine well to make a uniform stuffing.
Step 3
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Roll out a dough ball into a small disc, dusting with flour if necessary. Place a portion of the stuffing in the centre, gather the edges, and seal the dough around the filling. Gently roll it out into a paratha, being careful not to tear it.
Step 4
Heat a tawa (griddle) over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip the paratha, drizzle ghee or oil around the edges, and cook until golden brown spots appear.
Step 5
Flip again and cook the other side similarly. Serve hot with green chutney, pickle, and a dollop of butter for a hearty, winter-special breakfast. Enjoy the yummy jowar paratha with flavourful paneer stuffing!
