mitchell starc creates unwanted odi record against england, becomes first australian bowle

Mitchell Starc has registered an unwanted record at the Lord’s during the England vs Australia 4th ODI. Australia are currently leading the ODI series 2-1.

Starc has now broken the record of conceding the most runs in an over by an Australian in an ODI match. The previous record was held by Simon Davis as he gave away 26 runs back in 1987.

Liam Livingstone hammered Starc all over the ground for four sixes and a four in the penultimate over. Livingstone’s fiery innings helped England to post 312 runs against Australia and they now stand a very good chance against the Aussies to level the series. This is also England's highest ever ODI total against Australia at the Lord's.

England hammered Australia by 186 runs in the 4th ODI to level the series 2-2. The decider will now played in Bristol on Sunday. Harry Brook and Livingstone's power-hitting set up the perfect stage for the Three Lions as the match was reduced to 39 0vers due to persistent rain.

Australia started well as they were 68/0 at one point. But the England bowlers tore them down as they lost 1o wickets in just 58 runs. Australia had been on a 14 match winning run but they now have lost two consecutive matches to their bitter rivals.
