Manjari on her journey as an artist
When asked if Manjari would choose between acting and singing, she said, "Music, dancing, acting… all come under the same umbrella. I don't ever have to choose between them. If you see the past, the yesteryear actresses used to sing themselves. So, I can do everything together. And it makes me happier because music has been a very important part of my life."

Manjari talks about Meghna from Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na being more relatable today
Talking about the viralJaane Tu Ya Jaane Na reunion, Manjari stressed how her character Meghna is loved more today. “I cannot tell you how grateful I feel that this character came into my life. It is very interesting for me to see how the character of Meghna has grown on people over the last 16 years.” She added, ” A lot of people did not resonate with her character when the movie released. But now the same people have seen a lot more of life, they have seen the struggles. And now is when they have started understanding the character of Meghna better.”

Manjari on workplace harassment of women
Talking about the recent incidents of women being abused at their workplace, Manjari said, "We all deal with it…all of us. And not just in the film industry, let me just say that. Women have been dealing with sexual harassment in the medical profession or in the corporate world. And men, a lot of times, they do it so smartly that it becomes very difficult to report. You do not get the advantage if you do not give in to the demands. Most of the time, women just want to continue working and it is difficult to find work in the industry. So, many women just stay away from controversies to safe guard themselves."
Manjari also said that the men need to join the revolution. Recalling an incident, Manjari also said that she has met amazing men in the industry. Not naming anyone, she said," There was a director who tried to save me from somebody who was in a very big position, who wanted to exploit me. And he understood that. And without saying it to me directly or without showing it to me that he is trying to protect me, he did that for me."
