Makeup mogul Kylie Jenner made a surprise appearance at the closing of Paris Fashion Week, as she walked the runway for Parisian brand Coperni’s spring/summer 2025 collection fashion show. She wore a voluminous, strapless gown crafted from black taffeta, with Disneyland Paris’s Sleeping Beauty Castle providing the perfect backdrop for Kylie, channelling her inner goth princess.
Kylie was ecstatic, a feeling she shared in an Instagram post where she wrote, "ONCE UPON A TIME… thank you @sebastienmeyer &@arnaud_vaillant. I can’t even express how grateful I am to you two and this fairytale night I will never forget.” She added that she “felt like a real-life princess.”
This marked her first time walking the runway at Paris Fashion Week, though Kylie has had previous moments on the catwalk. In 2011, she walked for STYLE360 Presents Abbey Dawn by Avril Lavigne at New York's Metropolitan Pavilion. She returned in 2013 for Abbey Dawn's Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week show. That same year, she joined her supermodel sister, Kendall Jenner, at The Heart Truth 2013 Fashion Show at Hammerstein Ballroom in February.
One can never forget Coperni's runway shows. The brand had cracked the viral moment during their Womenswear Spring/Summer 2023 show at Paris Fashion Week. Supermodel Bella Hadid walked onto the runway without clothes, and a dress was spray-painted onto her right in front of the audience. This bold mix of fashion and technology became an instant sensation, and till date gets talked about.

Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant are the French designers behind Coperni. "In 2013, Meyer and Vaillant, the latter of whom had worked at Chanel and Balenciaga, launched Coperni Femme, a womenswear label named after renaissance astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus. In 2014, the label won the ANDAM First Collection Prize," states The Business of Fashion.
