The October 28 (Monday) episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 started with host Amitabh Bachchan welcoming the new set of contestants. Rahul Sharma selected the right answer which was Option B) Hardik Pandya. For the Rs 3,20,000 question, Rahul used his lifeline, Video Call A Friend. The question was: Which Indian language has a special status in Singapore as one of its official languages? He selected the right option which was Tamil.

In the Super Sandook round, Rahul managed to answer six questions correctly and won Rs 60,000, He decided to revive his Video Call A Friend lifeline. After winning Rs 3,20,000, things turned downhill for Rahul. In the Rs 6,40,000 question, Rahul used his Video Call A Friend lifeline for the question: The name of which martial art means 'gentle way' in Japanese? When his friend couldn't answer, he went for his second lifeline 'Double Dip. He first chose option A) Wushu but it was the wrong answer so he went with option D) Judo which was correct.

Rahul then faced the Rs 12,50,000 question – To whom is the autobiography of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru dedicated? He chose Option C) Swarup Rani Nehru but it was incorrect. His prize money came down to Rs 3,20,000. The correct answer was Option B) Kamala Nehru.
