TV actor Vikas Sethi passed away today (September 8) at the age of 48. A source informed Times Now/Telly Talk India that he had been feeling unwell since a few days. He reportedly died of a cardiac arrest. Vikas Sethi had worked in several TV shows such as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Kahiin To Hoga and so on. Karishma Tanna, who was a contestant of a reality show, Zara Nachke Dikha with Vikas Sethi, has mourned the demise of the TV actor in an exclusive interview with Times Now/Telly Talk India.

While speaking about her reaction after learning about Vikas Sethi’s demise, Karishma Tanna says, “I got to know about Vikas’ demise on social media. It is sad and heartbreaking.”

When asked if she was in touch with the late actor, the actress tells us, “I was not in touch with him. I hardly knew him. But, I have worked with him. Hence, I am feeling very sad. My heartfelt condolences to his family. May his soul rest in peace.”

Talking about Vikas Sethi, the actor was in a major financial crisis as he had no work. He is survived by his wife, Jhanvi and twin boys. He passed away outside Mumbai.

Mansi Srivastava, who played the role of his sister in Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, expressed his shock after learning about Vikas’ demise. She told us, “It was quite shocking news for me. I got to know about Vikas Sethi’s demise on social media. I don’t know what to say. May his soul rest in peace.”

Apart from TV shows, Vikas Sethi had also played key roles in films such as Deewaanapan, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, ISmart Shankar and so on.
