Kannada television star Nisha Ravikrishnan, best known for her role in the popular series Gattimela, is set to make her silver screen debut with the film Anshu, a psychedelic thriller.

Directed by debutant MC Chenna Keshava, Anshu is a female-centric film set to explore the gripping genre of psychedelic thrillers.
The trailer has sparked widespread curiosity, opening with the thought-provoking line: "What we believe is not true, what seems to be real is not false." This enigmatic statement has left audiences speculating about the film's mysterious plot.

Anshu film team
Produced under the Grahana banner, the film boasts a strong production team, including Ratan Gangadhar, Sampath Sivashankar, and Kriti Nanaiah. Notably, Chaluvaraj, known for his negative roles in Bhajarangi 2 and Vedha, and now making waves in Bollywood, has also contributed to the film’s production. Additional producers include Jaichandra, Pramod Dr. Madhuraj, and Veeran Gowda.
The film’s visual appeal is brought to life by cinematographer Sunil Narasimhamurthy, recognised for his work in Doodi and Garuda Purana, while music is helmed by KC Balasarangan, a noted collaborator with GV Prakash and Vidyasagar. Background music is composed by emerging talent Vignesh, with Mahendra Gowda handling both the film’s dialogues and lyrics.
Two of the film's songs, penned by Gowda, have already been released and have been well-received by listeners. With another song on the way, Anshu is gearing up for its much-anticipated release in the near future.
