The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, NVS is scheduled to end the registration for class 6 admissions to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas on September 23. The registration link is active for JNV admission for the academic session 2025-26. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas are a chain of premier co-educational residential schools affiliated to CBSE. Since years, the schools have been known for their quality education and focus on holistic development. Students will get admission to class 6 through a merit-based selection process, known as Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST). The phase 1 exam is expected in November and phase 2 exam in January. Admit cards for the same is expected in October last week. The result is expected to be released in February.

NVST Class 6 Admission 2025: Steps to Apply Online
- Visit the official website -navodaya.gov.in
- On the homepage, select the link that reads "Click here to submit online application form for class VI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test 2025"
- On the redirected page, click on the registration link and fill in the required details
- Upload the documents in prescribed format and pay the application fees
- Submit the form and take its printout for future references
NVS Class 6 Admission 2025: Documents Required For Registration
- Candidate's signature (Size of signature should be between 10-100 kb)
- Parent's signature (Size of signature should be between 10-100 kb)
- Candidate's photograph (Size of image should be between 10-100 kb)
- Certificate signed by parent & candidate and verified by Headmaster(Size of image should be between 50-300 kb)
- Residence Certificate of the parent Issued by competent Government Authority if candidate does not possess Aadhaar Number
