Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini yesterday announced HSSC Result 2024 date. Accordingly, Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) will declare the results for the Group C and D exams today, October 17. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to check and download the Haryana HSSC Group C result 2024 from the official website-hssc.gov.in.
While speaking at the Haryana BJP Legislative Party meeting in Panchkula, newly elected CM Nayab Singh Saini said, "I had announced that the results of the recruitment exam of 24,000 youths will be declared first and after that, I will take oath. Fulfilling that promise, the results will be declared tomorrow. The BJP does what it says."

HSSC will release the Group C and D results today for 24,000 posts. Candidates will be able to check their results at hssc.gov.in. To access the result, candidates will have to enter their application number and date of birth.

HSSC was planning to release the Group C and D result on Monday but it got delayed due to some administrative reasons. Due to delay, there was confusion among the people and fake results were going viral on social media. HSSC's result of 269 pages was shown in the viral PDF.
According to HSSC officials, the results were delayed due to a petition filed in a Punjab and Haryana court by an applicant, who questioned state’s policy of granting 5 additional marks to residents in recruitment exams for Group C and Group D posts.
