Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone welcomed a baby girl on September 8, 2024. The couple announced the birth on Instagram with a post that read, "Welcome Baby Girl! 8.9. 2024."
Today, as makers dropped the much-awaited trailer of Singham Again, the whole cast gathered to launch it. Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Rohit Shetty, all were present at the trailer launch but fans were sad when Deepika Padukone didn’t show up.
Deepika skips Singham Again trailer launch
Ranveer talked to the media and fans present at the trailer launch, and he revealed the real reason behind the actress skipping the launch. He said, "Deepika is busy with the baby, so she couldn't come. I am on night duty, so I have come."

He further revealed the special name for his little princess. "So, let me tell you, this is my baby's debut, baby Simmba. Deepika was pregnant during the shooting."

"I am seeing the trailer for the first time, and I am quite overwhelmed. This is massy to the next level. My wife is very classy, but when she appears in a massy avatar, I feel the happiest. And it is only the master of mass Rohit Shetty who can get her to do this," he added.

The Ramayana-inspired cop film will arrive in theatres this Diwali on November 1. It will be clashing with Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, and Triptii Dimri starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone after six years of marriage welcomed their first child, a daughter on September 8, 2024.
In Singham Again, the two will be sharing screen space along with Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Arjun Kapoor and Tiger Shroff. They earlier worked together in Kabir Khan’s 83 which released in 2021. They have also worked together in Ram-Leela, Bajirao Mastani andPadmaavat.
