NFL legend Drew Brees has taken up a new initiative after drawing curtains on his football career. The former New Orleans Saints quarterback has opened an indoor entertainment venue in Louisiana called Pickle Pins.
So what is Pickle Pins? It offers a variety of activities, including pickleball, padel, duck pin bowling, and axe throwing, among others. Not only limiting itself to that, the space also offers to provide a fun and exciting experience for people of all ages – just like pickleball is accessible to people of all ages.
Brees, has been a vocal advocate for the sport of pickleball and is very much upbeat about the development.
Pickleball is picking up pace and growing rapidly in the USA, with many across the nation, including high-profile athletes like Brees, joining the bandwagon.
As pickleball continues to grow in the U.S., Brees’ involvement is sure to spotlight the sport and introduce even more people to its fun and competitive spirit.
The costs of the activities are charged by the hour:
Pickleball court is $30, and Padel court rental is $40. Duckpin bowling is $1, axe throwing is $18.75 and Krazy darts is $15.
