Laura Loomer and Elon Musk allegedly received separate text messages from a sources who claim that the Federal Emergency Management Agency, or FEMA is restricting people from helping, rescuing and aiding those trapped in North Carolina due to Hurricane Helene.

According to the messages received by Laura Loomer, FEMA is impeding efforts to rescue and assist those stranded in North Carolina as a result of Hurricane Helene. Stand down orders have been issued to those who are trained to conduct MedVac helicopter rescue operations. FEMA has informed them that they are unable to utilize the helicopters for supply drops and that they are unable to do a flood rescue operation, despite the fact that they could easily free the elderly residents of the flooded nursing home.

Elon Musk, the owner of X and Tesla received similar messages from a different unnamed source. The tech giant wrote on his account, “The level of belligerent government incompetence is staggering!!”

Elon's source apparently told him that in order to "regulate" the private choppers they were using to carry supplies and Starlink, FEMA was ready to close the airspace. Though it did not appear good, they were pushing back with the Trump camp as well. The source also told Elon that, "We need help to get word out about FEMA, we met with Ivanka and handed out starlinks with her yesterday but FEMA then turned up and started blocking us. The FAA's restriction of our helicopter trips, where they are demanding to/from information and a distinct code delivery, is our biggest worry at this point. This is a laborious and time-consuming process for the operators. This is the main issue and the most in need of assistance."
