dubai woman claims her husband bought an island so she could wear bikini

It’s not everyday someone buys an entire island, but when a Dubai millionaire’s wife wanted to feel safe in a bikini, he went to extraordinary lengths to make it happen.

Soudi Al Nadak, a British-born housewife in the UAE, revealed that her spouse, Jamal Al Nadak, bought an undisclosed Asian isle for $50 million just so she could have some privacy.

“POV: You wanted to wear a bikini so your millionaire husband bought you an island,” read the caption of an Instagram video shared by the 26-year-old, who called it Jamal’s best investment.

The clip shows the couple flying a chartered jet to the tropical island, which appears to have a private retreat built into a rockface and towering palm trees overlooking a lagoon.

Soudi said it was in the couple’s interest of secrecy that she didn’t reveal the location of her insular property.

However, she did concede that the island is located somewhere in Asia, and cost them about $50 million, which works out to more than Rs. 4.18 billion.

“We had long been planning to invest in something like this, and I think an island serves the dual purpose of being a haven for Arab women looking to don swimsuits and as a financial asset for their husbands,” Soudi told TNN.

It’s not the first time the influencer couple has flaunted their wealth on social media. Recently, Soudi revealed in another video how Jamal spent $20,000 on first-class flight tickets for a vacation in Italy.

Besides, he also bought a customised Ferrari worth $1 million, took her on a dinner date that cost $2,000 and splurged $20,000 at a Louis Vuitton store – all on the same trip.

“If you can’t spend this much on holiday then what’s the point?,” Soudi said.

The couple were already famous for their unrestrained display of money prior to the island purchase.

Soudi reportedly met Jamal while studying in Dubai. They have been married for three years now and have a large clout on Instagram that takes an interest in their lavish lifestyle.
