Opposition to Obamacare

Oz's resistance, according to critics, was motivated by political alignment and financial gain. In 2014, the Senate Subcommittee on Consumer Protection investigated his claims. Findings revealed:

Oz came under fire from medical professionals for endorsing unproven goods. Harvard Medical School nutritional supplement researcher Dr. Pieter Cohen called his endorsements "reckless."
