Donald Trump reacted to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz's brother Jeff's criticism of Kamala Harris. The former president shared a photo of the New York Post cover story on Truth Social, highlighting Jeff’s remarks against his brother and the Democratic nominee, and referred to Jeff as 'a nice guy'.
Trump's reaction comes a day after the NY Post quoted Jeff Walz saying he '100% opposes' hie brother's ideology. He had warned that Tim Walz is not the 'type of character' who should make decisions about the country's future.
"I’m 100% opposed to all his ideology," Jeff Walz said, according to the New York Post. The media outlet added that Jeff is also considering publicly endorsing Donald Trump.

Tim Walz has a sister too. Sandy Dietrich, 63, lives in Nebraska, where their family grew up. Another brother, Craig, died in 2016. According to reports, Jeff has not spoken to the Minnesota governor in eight years.

"My family wasn’t given any notice that he was selected," Jeff Walz said. His old posts on Facebook have gone viral. Right wing activist Laura Loomer discovered a post the eldest Walz sibling wrote on March 30, 2023 – the day Trump was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury in the hush money case.
"We’ve just become a third world banana republic," he wrote. Jeff is a registered Republican. He donated $20 to Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, Federal Election Commission records show. Jeff Walz told The Post Saturday: "I am not doing interviews."
