Pickleball has seen a massive rise in popularity all over the world. A mix of tennis, badminton and table-tennis, people have been heavily involved in the sports for the last few years.
A one-of-a-kind pickleball tournament is all set to be hosted which will see participation from medical professionals. The POSH Pickleball Tournament will come up at the La Cañada Country Club on November 3.
This charity event will consist of 80 teams of doctors, nurses and community members and money raised from the one-day competitions will be used to purchase life saving medical equipments.
The PWR DUPR India Masters witnessed an overwhelming response as the tournament ended amid much fanfare at the New Delhi Tennis Association Stadium (DLTA). Armaan Bhatia stole all the limelight as he grabbed three titles in the inaugural PWR DUPR India Masters. Armaan went on to win the PRO Open Men's Singles, PRO Open Men's Doubles and PRO Open Mixed Doubles title.
Pickleball League Asia Private Limited in association with The Times Group launched the Pickleball World Rankings (PWR) at a grand event in Dubai on July 24. The PWR DUPR Indian League and Tour will have an exciting schedule, and it will make a stop in Mumbai and Tsu, Japan, followed by Ahmedabad (March 2025), Pune (June 2025), Bengaluru (August 2025), Hyderabad (September 2025), New Delhi (October 2025) and Chennai (November 2025).
