Netizens REACT
Many took to the comments section to share similar experiences. A person wrote, "If you are the only person present for the flight reflects two things : you are the only person booked that flight , or you are the only person who missed the message from Indigo. Thats my first impression from your description and the video. Anyways, what Indigo has done is unpardonable."
Another commented, "Hey Divya, just a heads up—personally, I avoid flying Indigo unless there’s absolutely no other option. I find their services lacking most of the time, and my experiences haven’t been great. If you have alternatives, I’d recommend considering them!"
The airline is yet to react to the viral post.
