Diljit Dosanjh is currently busy with the India leg of his Dil-Luminati tour. On Sunday, November 3, Diljit performed at Jaipur, where he addressed the ticketing fraud that affected a number of his fans recently. While clarifying that his team had nothing to do with the scam, he also apologised to fans who fell victim to it.

In between his performance, Diljit took a few minutes to address the issue, assuring fans that the matter is being investigated. Speaking to the massive crowd, Diljit said, "If anyone has fallen victim to a ticketing scam, I apologise to that person. We have not done this. Authorities are currently investigating the matter."

The actor-singer further added that his team did not expect the tickets to get sold out so quickly. "Our tickets sold out so fast, even we didn’t get to know," Diljit was quoted as saying by India Today.

Ahead of the Jaipur concert, the Jaipur Police issued an advisory regarding the ticket fraud.

Prior to the concert at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) in Sitapura, the Jaipur Police released an advisory warning attendees to stay cautious of counterfeit ticket scams related to the event. "SCAM ALERT!! Beware of fake tickets! Only valid tickets will be valid for entry into Diljit Dosanjh's concert. Only tickets sold by Zomato Live and Scope Entertainment are valid; all others are illegal. Entry will not be granted with fake tickets. Beware of fake ticket sellers and stay away from unauthorised buying and selling," the statement read.

During the India leg of his Dil-Luminati Tour, Diljit will be covering major cities such as Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Pune, Indore, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Lucknow, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.
