Singham Again releases in theatres in less than a week and fans are waiting to scream their lungs out on Salman’s entry. Before roping him in for the cop thriller, Rohit had said he made Singham because of Wanted.
In a throwback interview during the promotions of Indian Police Force, Rohit revealed Wanted inspired him to make Singham. He said, “I’ll tell you what. I made Singham because of Wanted. That was a phase when multiplex had come in. It was 2009, I was making All The Best. PVR had just opened up, new. And that time nobody was making mass action films. And Wanted was one underdog which came.”

He also shared, “I was like, the time has come back to make mass entertainer because even, abhi multiplex mein bhi seetiya aur taali bajne lagi hain. And in then, we made Singham in 2011.”

Salman Khan's cameo in Singham Again
A source revealed details of Salman’s cameo as Chulbul Pandey inSingham Again. A Bollywood Hungama report read, “It’s a post-credit sequence, but worth every penny of the ticket. Await the masses to welcome Chulbul Pandey with open arms. The sequence will set the base for future timelines of Shetty’s ambitious cop universe. The milan of Chulbul Pandey and Singham is finally happening.”
Amid death threats, Salman shot for his cameo with tight security measures. He filmed his portion on October 22.Singham Again releases in theatres on November 1. It stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Jackie Shroff, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Tiger Shroff.
