Police in Dallas are on the scene of an incident in Downtown Dallas. According to early reports, workers were summoned to the 1800 block of Commerce Street at 12:30 p.m. Thursday. The area in front of the Continental Building has been roped off by police. Nothing is known about what transpired as of yet.
