The latest being a Kannada film titled Container, which delves into the theme of survival, featuring a gripping one-day event.

Directed and produced by S. Narasimhamurthy, known for his previous work on Garudaksha, the film promises a unique storyline centered around the struggles of a labourer. The film’s trailer was recently launched by the film team.
With a background in science, Narasimhamurthy weaves a narrative tied to medicine. The story highlights the often-overlooked value of labourers, presenting a compelling message about their worth, reminiscent of news stories in daily newspapers.

Trapped inside a container
The plot follows the aftermath of a medical procedure involving a machine designed to treat cancer. During the process, a labourer, played by Dattatreya Pujari, is accidentally trapped inside a shipping container. The suspense builds as the film explores whether he will survive and escape within a single day.
Shot in Bengaluru and Mangaluru, Container is expected to hit screens post Dasara festival. The film features performances by actors such as Punya Gowda, Manjunath and Ranganath. With music composed by Alankar and cinematography by Srinivas, Container is set to unveil a new thrilling experience which is set in a 24 hour timeline.
