Ingredients required to make Chicken Hot Pan –
For the chicken meatballs
250 gm Chicken mince
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg
¼ cup spring onions
1 tsp chilli powder
½ cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying
For the sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped onions
3-4 spring onion bulbs (quartered)
½ cup diced capsicum
3 tbsp schezwan sauce
3 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup water
Other ingredients
1 tbsp butter
¼ cup chopped onions
1 cup shredded cabbage
Hot cast iron pan
Spring onions greens for garnish
Method to make Chicken Pan Hot –
Take all the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl & mix well.
Shape into small balls & deep fry till golden; once cooked, remove & keep aside.
Now heat oil in a pan & saute the onions, ginger, garlic & spring onions for 2 mins; add the capsicum and cook for a minute.
Next, add the sauces & mic well—season with salt & pepper.
Now add the fried meatballs & toss well, remove & keep hot.
In another pan, saute the cabbage & onions in some butter & transfer them to the hot cast iron pan.
Top it with the sauced chicken & garnish with spring onions
