Banana
During the Chhath puja, the banana is considered one of the important and favourite fruits of Chhati maiya. The entire bunch of bananas is carried to the ghaat and is offered during morning and evening argh. The act of offering bananas is believed to provide, powder, wealth and prosperity.
Coconut
Every puja is incomplete without coconut being a part of the celebration. From tender to dry, you can use both types of nariyal as it not only signifies love but fulfillness as well. It is believed that devotees who keep a 36-hour nirjala fast are blessed with love and good relations by including coconut in their offerings.

Daab Nimbu
Daab Nimbu is believed to be Chhati Maiya’s favourite fruit. Supari
