Adding to the lineup, Challenging Star Darshan’s hit film Navagraha is all set to join the list, offering audiences, especially Darshan’s fans another chance to relive the cinematic experience.
Dinakar Thoogudeepa announce the Navagraha re-release
None other than the director of Navagraha and brother of Kannada star Darshan Thoogudeepa, took to social media to make the re-release announcement.
Dinkar Thoogudeepa revealed that the re-release is in response to overwhelming fan demand, expressing his excitement for the project. The film, originally released in 2008, features Darshan in the lead villain role and has garnered a significant following over the years.
Darshan fans, whom Darshan fondly referred to as ‘celebrities’ are eagerly anticipating the release date, with speculation that it may be re-released shortly after Darshan's release from jail.

About Navagraha
Navagraha is celebrated for its unique storyline and features performances from the children of notable Kannada actors, including Vinod Prabhakar, Nagendra Urs, Tharun Sudhir, and Dharma Keerthiraj. Darshan’s father Thoogudeepa Srinivas was a noted actor, predominantly appearing in negative roles in Kannada films.
Directed by Dinkar Thoogudeepa, the film boasts a compelling narrative and music by V. Harikrishna, further contributing to its status as an experimental piece in Kannada cinema.

Meanwhile, a Bengaluru court is set to pronounce its judgement on the bail plea by Darshan in connection with Renukaswamy murder case on Monday, October 14.
