A series of earthquakes struck the Los Angeles area on Saturday. Tremors were felt in Ontario, Eastvale and Rancho Cucamonga. According to the US Geological Survey's preliminary data, a 3.5-magnitude earthquake shook Southern California. A quake hit the area just after 10 AM local time. The epicenter was about three miles southeast of Ontario. The small earthquake registered at a depth of about 6 kilometers.
